DEC will now provide Deaf and Hard of Hearing Case Management

“It is with both sadness and excitement that we are announcing that case management services will be provided by the Disability Empowerment Center, beginning on March 1, 2016. DEC is very skilled at producing positive outcomes for clients.” DHHS Lancaster

Starting March 1st, DEC will begin offering Case Management services specifically for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community with the goal of breaking through the barriers to Independent Living for individuals with hearing loss.
